Client emails · Gmail today, Outlook next

Client emails, drafted for you.

Nomo AI lives beside your Gmail. It reads each client email like a tax pro would, flags what's urgent, and drafts the reply with the tax answer grounded in the code. You review and send.

How it works

  1. 01

    A client emails you.

Nomo AI reads it, pulls up the client's details, and finds the tax question inside.

  2. 02

    Nomo AI drafts the reply.

Grounded in the tax code, with the right tone and the right caveats. Answers cite the sections they rely on.

  3. 03

    You review and send.

Edit anything first. Nothing sends without your approval.

Stop sorting. Start billing.

Nomo AI reads every email like a tax pro would: flagging what's urgent, filing what's not, and making sure nothing with a deadline gets buried. Every client. Every deadline. Nothing slips.

A client reply that used to take ten minutes is ready in seconds. That's billable time back.

No more "quick questions" that blow up your day.

The questions that interrupt return prep get answered in the side panel, right beside the email. You stay in the return you were working on.

  • Runs in Gmail on a computer, as a Chrome extension.
  • Labels and archives. Never deletes mail.
  • Outlook support is coming. Tax research works with Outlook today.

Questions

Will Nomo AI email my clients on its own?

Replies are drafts. They wait in Gmail until you review and send them. Reminders about missing documents go out only from templates you've approved.

Does it work with Outlook?

The inbox side panel runs in Gmail today, and Outlook is coming. Tax research works with any email, Outlook included.

Does Nomo AI ever delete email?

No. Nomo AI labels and archives so your inbox stays organized, but it never deletes mail. Your retention obligations stay intact.

Is it safe to use with client information?

Yes. Social Security numbers, EINs and bank account numbers are redacted before any AI model sees them, and your client data is never used to train AI models.
